Cooking tip: Goodbye bread crumbs, hello corn flakes!

If you haven't had a chance to make the breaded chicken recipe for this week (week 4), you are going to be blown away by the corn flake breading. Prior to making this dish, I thought corn flakes were only for breakfast, but who knew that they make a great breading medium?
Crush the corn flakes into fine crumbs inside a ziplock bag and add some spices- pepper, garlic powder, etc. - the possibilities are endless with the kinds of spices you can add. This recipe calls for you to add some grated Parmesan cheese. I have found that fresh minced parsley is a good addition to breadings, too.
