Prior to making this dish, I thought corn flakes were&amp;nbsp;only for breakfast, but who knew that they make a great breading medium? &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Crush the corn flakes into fine crumbs inside a ziplock bag and add some spices- pepper, garlic powder, etc. - the possibilities are endless with the kinds of spices you can add. This recipe calls for you to add some grated Parmesan cheese. I have found that fresh minced parsley is a good addition to breadings, too.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Goodbye breadcrumbs!
